Nokia 5210 review
Network and connections
For being a model from early 2002, introduced by the Finnish company Nokia, the 5210 cell phone is well equipped in terms of networks and connections. In fact it is a Dual Band GSM, operating on frequencies of 900 and 1800 Mhz with coverage therefore extended to the European continent only, but it also integrates a Wap browser, thus making it possible to access Internet resources, limited to pages that support this system.
Design and features
A black structure and an included cover in the Burned Orange color are the main aesthetic features of the Nokia 5210, a monoblock cell phone with integrated antenna. The weight of the device is relatively contained, 92 grams, while the height is 105.5 millimeters, the width is 47.5 millimeters and the depth is 22.5 millimeters. The total volume is 83 cc. Included is a lithium-ion battery: it ensures 170 hours of standby autonomy and 3 hours and 50 minutes of talk time.
Main functions
There are interesting functions: starting from the image editor, to the possibility of writing messages with drawings, up to the converter, the calculator, the calendar, the thermometer, and Voice Dial for calling contacts in the address book through a voice memo. 20 made calls are stored, 10 missed and received calls, 250 contacts can be stored in the address book. 10 volume levels and 6 ringtone levels.
Entertainment and multimedia
Five built-in games (Snake II, Pairs II, Bantumi, Space Impact and Bumper), with the possibility of adding others via download. Unfortunately monophonic ringtones number 35, to which another 7 freely composable ones are added. Messaging limited to SMS, albeit with intuitive T9 writing. The Chat mode is present, allowing for quick exchange of SMS. Photographic or musical resources are absent.
