The Nokia 3108 is a Tri Band phone with built-in antenna, active flip, dimensions of 106 x 46.4 x 24 millimeters and weight of 93 grams. Equipped with minimal functions, suited to users who mainly need a device for making calls, with a CSTN display of 128 x 128 pixels and a new character recognition area, usable by means of an included stylus that allows writing text both with Chinese ideograms and with Western characters. Also featuring polyphonic ringtones, games, Email, interchangeable covers, Java, MMS and WAP. The battery is a 760 mAh lithium-ion battery allowing a standby duration of 360 hours and a talk time of over 6 hours.
