Release year: 2007
Launch price: 265 € August 2007
Sony Ericsson W580i is a Quad-band mobile phone with advanced features, with the possibility of capturing video clips or taking photos to associate with contacts. The W580i is able to offer the latest technologies to make communication simpler, from voice functions to those for data transmission. It is equipped with a 2 MP camera that provides shots with a resolution of 1600x1200 pixels and 12 MB of built-in memory for ample storage capacity for applications, photos and data. It also features applications based on Java technology, radio and organizer. The Bluetooth technology it is equipped with allows the transfer of voice and data (e.g. images and video) between two devices equipped with a Bluetooth solution, all without wires. For example, the address book present inside a laptop or a phone can be automatically synchronized with the one contained in the office PC as soon as you return to it.
