T-Mobile Vairy Touch review

Network and connections
A basic phone offered by T-Mobile, suitable for users with undemanding needs. The network receiver is a GSM Dualband on 900 and 1800 MHz frequencies, able to offer good coverage but not to support intercontinental travel. UMTS connectivity is also missing. However, the ability to browse the Internet is maintained, thanks to the internal GPRS modem. The dedicated WAP browser will be able to open Web pages without problems. The Bluetooth is handy for exchanging files with compatible devices. It's also possible to sync with your home PC, via the USB cable.

Design and features
A clean style with very rounded shapes, to guarantee absolute comfort in the grip, also thanks to the soft touch surfaces. The dimensions are compact, with a thickness of 16 mm and a weight of 84 grams. The structure is a single block, with the front occupied by the screen. This is a 240x320 pixel TFT, capable of displaying up to 65,000 colors. It is also equipped with Touch Screen technology to manage everything at its best. The round clickable directional pad also stands out.

The platform equipped on the Vairy Touch is complete and easy to use. The classic management tools are well organized: phonebook, organizer, calculator, alarm clock and currency converter. Entertainment and multimedia
A low-end phone, nonetheless equipped with complete multimedia tools. The built-in camera has a resolution of 1.3 megapixels. Image quality is not high, but it still offers a useful tool when needed. It also allows you to record short videos. The available memory is expandable via microSD cards up to 2 GB. This way it's also possible to carry your favorite music with you, to be played with the dedicated media player. There is also an AM/FM radio antenna for listening to radio broadcasts. Battery life for a duration of up to 180 hours in Stand-by.
