Siemens SX1 review

SX1 is a perfect combination of business and entertainment.
In addition to games, it includes a sophisticated calendar
function that allows you to synchronize all your appointments
and meetings with your PC even remotely, thanks to SyncML. On
top of that, it has a detailed phone book, a memo function for
writing notes, built-in hands-free, voice calling, as well as
email, a BlueTooth interface, and expandable memory. With SX1
you can record, send, and receive pictures and video clips via
MMS and view them on the 65,000-color TFT display. This
exciting feature allows you to create, send, and receive
multimedia messages, write text and enhance it with sound
effects and photos, or even add short video sequences.

The exclusive design concept with a side keypad and the large
color display make SX1 extremely innovative and eye-catching,
all in a weight of just 110 grams. And everything is within
easy reach, thanks to simple navigation with a 5-way joystick.
Besides its basic functions, Siemens SX1 is equipped with an
image viewer, built-in video camera, MP3 player, and FM radio,
and can support an unlimited number of games thanks to the
Symbian Series60 operating system or Java (J2ME). It also
features a complete range of business applications that make
it similar to a PDA, including local and wireless
synchronization.
