Samsung F480 review

Network and connections
Alius F480 makes internet browsing fast thanks to the 7.2 Mbps HSDPA module, in addition to Triband functioning on the GSM network. It is possible to exchange images and audio files with a simple click, using the USB connection or Bluetooth 2.0. However, Wi-Fi technology and the GPS antenna are missing.

Design and features
The aesthetic class of this Samsung is immediately noticeable, thanks to its minimalist yet refined design. Small and light, only 11.1 mm thick for 98 grams of weight. It is equipped with a large Touch display at 240x320 pixels with 262K colors and energy saving, which guarantees a 250-hour battery life in Stand-by. Large internal memory of 240 MB expandable up to 8 GB with MicroSD, to store plenty of music and data. Also included in the package is an elegant leather case.

Main features
Designed to fit the user, Alius F480 and its "drag and drop" function allow you to drag applications with a finger. Customization therefore goes beyond any limit, with the dynamic management of the display. The proprietary platform partly limits the installation of additional components, but the standard programs fully support SMS, E-mail and management applications.

Entertainment and multimedia
Samsung wanted to equip this phone with a camera of as much as 5 megapixels. The 4x zoom allows you to capture even the smallest details. Noteworthy is the automatic smile recognition in autofocus, to capture the most important moments. Furthermore, the F480 incorporates an FM radio and a multimedia player, as well as games like Photo Puzzle. A very useful safety feature is the Mobile Tracker, which allows you to find your phone again in case of theft.
