Samsung E1252 review
Network and connections
A decidedly affordable Dual SIM, suitable for any budget to manage two phone numbers at the same time. The E1252 is equipped with a GSM Dualband network receiver, limited in terms of mobility but still functional. UMTS support is obviously missing, however there is a built-in GPRS modem for browsing on WAP. To exchange files with compatible devices you can rely on the convenient Bluetooth. Or you can connect to your home PC with the USB cable.
Design and features
At first glance you immediately notice a classic and not very modern design. In any case, the dimensions are compact and absolutely optimal for uncompromising portability. We're talking about 13.9 mm of thickness and 76.7 grams of weight. The front houses the screen, a 2-inch TFT, capable of displaying 256,000 colors. Just below it is the classic directional pad, along with the function keys. The keyboard, on the other hand, is a standard alphanumeric one, with large and comfortable keys to use.
Main features
The proprietary platform proves to be really great and simple to use. Every function is easily accessible, also thanks to the ability to customize the menus according to one's needs. Obviously the features are limited to the essentials, in line with the nature of the phone. The main feature still remains the Dual SIM support. Support for predictive text makes it easy to manage SMS, MMS and E-mail. The phone features are complete, with hands-free speaker, voice recorder, and multi-conference support.
Entertainment and multimedia
A phone that's also limited in terms of multimedia features. The Samsung E1252 does not in fact have a digital camera. It is however possible to play audio files, and also set mp3 songs as ringtones. The audio is very good, thanks to the presence of Loud Speaker. The AM/FM radio antenna, on the other hand, allows you to listen to your favorite stations anywhere. The 1000 mAh lithium battery holds its charge for up to as much as 625 hours in Stand-by. The device's selling price is decidedly interesting and advantageous, coming in at around 33 Euros.
