Network and connections
A phone with excellent qualities, designed to meet the needs of a wide audience, the C5-03 integrates everything necessary while maintaining a good quality/price ratio. Dual-type technology, with GSM Quadband and UMTS, allows perfect signal reception in every country in the world. High quality is also shown in the support for fast data transfer: HSDPA. Together with the integrated modem and the HTML browser, it becomes an excellent tool for browsing the Web. And for exchanging images and files with friends, there are also Bluetooth and the USB 2.0 connection. There is also an antenna for Wi-Fi networks.

Design and features
The shapes of this Nokia smartphone follow the classic Candybar design. However, the lines have been slightly redesigned, giving softer and more rounded contours. The front is almost entirely occupied by the display, a 3.2-inch TFT with Resistive Touch Screen technology. Managing content will thus be quick and intuitive, thanks also to the function key at the bottom. The dimensions are compact, with a thickness of 13.8 mm and a weight of 93 grams. Included in the package is a 2 GB memory card.

Main features
A pocket companion like the Nokia C5-03 must offer practical and convenient utilities. Organizer, integrated hands-free speaker, and phonebook with advanced contact management are just some of the applications. The Quick Office package allows you to edit and view text documents and spreadsheets. Also interesting is the ambient light sensor, which allows the screen contrast to be adjusted automatically and saves energy. E-mail and messaging services such as SMS and MMS complete the range of functions, together with voice calling. It is also possible to manage your Facebook spaces or Instant Messaging directly from the phone.

Entertainment and multimedia
On the back of the C5-03, you immediately notice the camera, which reads a resolution of 5 megapixels. Thanks to a powerful LED flash and autofocus, every photo will be perfectly sharp, as will the videos captured. The multiformat player, on the other hand, is able to play audio and video collections, as well as AM/FM radio stations with RDS support. In addition, an added value is given by the integrated GPS receiver, with Nokia Ovi Maps software for navigation. Also worth mentioning is the TV-out video output. The memory available to the user is expandable up to 16 GB via microSD cards. Battery life is excellent, up to 576 hours in Stand-by.
