Nokia 7360 review
Network and connections
The Nokia 7360 is a Tri-band cellular phone, thus capable of using the GSM network at the operating frequencies of 900, 1800 and 1900 Mhz. Data connectivity includes EDGE support in addition to GPRS, for performance in line with the category average. Short-range connection is provided by the integrated USB and IrDa (infrared) ports.
Design and features
The refined combination of materials, in elegantly engraved steel sheet and transparent cover, makes this cellphone a candybar that combines style, elegance and simplicity. It is available in the two color variants coffee and amber that characterize the "Amour Collection", the Finnish company's glamour collection. The thickness is reduced, as is the overall weight of the device. Included in the package, finally, are a travel battery charger, earphone, case, strap and user manual.
Main features
Sms, Mms and e-mail are the messaging formats supported by Nokia 7360. For writing these, the simplified T9 system is present, which helps the user in composition. There are also voice calling and recording functions, as well as integrated hands-free and multiconference. Another important feature present on many of the new Nokia models is the "Push-to-Talk" function that allows you to use the cellphone as if it were a walkie-talkie. Finally, this phone has the "Presence" function that allows you to check the availability of contacts before calling them.
Entertainment and multimedia
The internal memory is only 4 MB, too little to exploit the potential of the integrated MP3/AAC/MIDI and video player. Java technology, on the other hand, allows the user to use various videogames and to install new ones, downloading them from the network via the included WAP browser. The integrated camera is of the VGA type and allows you to capture images and videos of mediocre quality, at rather low resolutions. The product is enhanced by the presence of the built-in FM radio.
