Motorola L800t review
Network and connections
A low-end device from Motorola, which focuses heavily on design in this L800T. It integrates a GSM Quadband network receiver, which guarantees optimal coverage despite the absence of UMTS support. To browse the Internet there is a GPRS modem, so as to display WAP pages without problems with the dedicated browser. Obviously also present are Bluetooth and USB connection.
Design and features
The aesthetic appearance of this model is very well cared for, with aluminum surfaces that reflect light with particular effects. The rounded edges guarantee a secure grip in any condition. The front houses the screen, a 1.9 inch TFT capable of displaying up to 256,000 colors. Just below is the standard alphanumeric keyboard, integrated on the same surface that covers the entire front. The dimensions are average, with a thickness of 15 mm and a weight of 110 grams.
Main features
The platform on which the Motorola L800T is based is proprietary, easy to use and complete. Java support also allows you to install additional software as desired, to satisfy every user need. Of course, there is no shortage of organizer, calendar, calculator and programmable alarm clock. It is also easy to manage E-mail, thanks to support for simplified writing. As for the telephone aspect, there is a speakerphone, voice recorder and multiconference support.
Entertainment and multimedia
A complete device, albeit a basic one, certainly cannot do without some tools for leisure. Here then is a digital camera, with 2 megapixel resolution. It allows you to obtain good quality images, also thanks to its numerous dedicated functions. The memory available to the user is only 64 MB, unfortunately not expandable, resulting in limited space. The mp3 player will however be able to play the stored files. The battery life of the 1130 mAh battery is normal, lasting for 5 hours of talk time.
