Mobiado 105 EM CLB Black review
Network and connections
Mobiado is a brand of phones not very widespread on the market, not because of the level of quality offered on a technical level, which is, incidentally, always cutting-edge. Rather, the limited production run is due to the very high price caused by the fine materials used in its construction. Let's now look in detail at describing this 105 EM CLB Black. It is equipped with a GSM Quadband network receiver, which guarantees excellent coverage thanks also to WCDMA support in Dual Mode. Connecting to other devices is easy, thanks to Bluetooth and an IrDA port. There is also a USB cable output. Browsing the internet is easy, using the dedicated HTML browser. Pages will load quickly thanks to the internal GPRS modem.
Design and features
As already mentioned, the craftsmanship of a Mobiado device is of a very high standard. Indeed, the Candybar body is made of maple wood and titanium. One can immediately sense how light the weight is kept, while still allowing for high impact resistance. The 320x240 pixel screen displays up to 16 million colors. It is protected by a sapphire glass resistant to scratches and scuffs. Just below is the standard alphanumeric keypad, with minimalist, well-separated keys. The finishes are in 24-karat gold and sapphire crystals are used for the monograms present on the surface. The name Black comes from the dark-colored side edges compared to the Silver model. In short, a true concentration of luxury for few pockets.
Main features
The functional features of the Mobiado 105 EM CLB Black offer nothing exciting, aligning with most of the more commercial devices. Contact list, appointment organizer, alarm clock, calculator and stopwatch are the classic management tools. Java support allows small utilities to be installed, to better customize one's device. Support for predictive text allows for quickly composing SMS, MMS and E-mails. As for purely telephone functions, there is a speakerphone, a voice recorder and support for multi-conferencing.
Entertainment and multimedia
The owner of such a device is perhaps not looking for highly advanced features, but rather quality and exclusivity in the phone's aesthetic appearance. Nevertheless, this Mobiado's multimedia offering turns out to be complete, with a 2 megapixel camera that allows images to be captured when needed. It is equipped with digital zoom and autofocus and also allows for recording short videos. The space available for saving data is expandable via microSD cards. This way you can always have your favorite music with you, to be played through the dedicated media player. There is also an antenna for receiving AM/FM radio broadcasts. Battery life is good, for operation of up to 300 hours on Stand-by.
