Network and connections
i-Mate offers another Dual Mode Smartphone on the market, dedicated to Business users. The Ultimate 9502 is in fact equipped with Quadband GSM network support, which together with UMTS allows for more than optimal reception in every part of the world. It is also possible to browse the Web directly, thanks to the WAP browser and the integrated modem, all supported by HSDPA technology for fast data traffic. Wi-Fi connectivity is not missing either, for using wireless networks. Or again Bluetooth, to quickly exchange files with other devices, in addition to the USB 2.0 output for cable connection.

Design and features
The structure of the Ultimate 9502 is very distinctive, with its laterally sliding design. Opening it reveals a large QWERTY keyboard, handy for writing messages and documents, using the display horizontally. The screen is very large, a full 2.8 inches at 256,000 colors with TFT Touch Screen technology. The dimensions are a bit demanding, given the thickness of 17.8 mm and the weight of about 200 grams. However, the performance offered by this Smartphone is truly incredible. The sales package is also rich, with a stereo headset, case, stylus for the screen, and video and USB cables.

Main features
It is enough to note that the Ultimate 9502 is equipped with a 400 MHz Qualcomm processor and 128 MB of RAM, supporting the Windows Mobile 6 Professional platform, to imagine the potential of this device. It is in fact possible to create and manage documents of every kind with the Office suite, or easily check E-mail with support for various clients. The basic functions are certainly not missing, such as an advanced address book, synchronized calendar and agenda. Or again speakerphone and support for multiconference and video calling, thanks to the front-facing camera. The video output is also very handy, for projecting the phone's display onto an external screen.

Entertainment and multimedia
Absolutely perfect also for the entertainment segment, this i-Mate is in fact equipped with a 3 megapixel rear camera, which allows for taking photographs or recording videos of excellent quality, thanks also to the built-in Flash and Zoom. Furthermore, the expandable memory with microSD type cards allows for storing large amounts of music, to be played directly with the Windows Media Player multiformat player. The presence of the GPS receiver, with navigation software, is also significant, for always having guidance during travel. All of this is guaranteed by a battery life of 180 hours in Stand-by, with the 1660 mAh lithium battery.
