IT-700RF, with Windows CE Power operating system and integrable barcode scanner, thanks to an open software architecture, the Windows CE 3.0 operating system, and a 150 MHz MIPS microprocessor, this terminal represents the high-performance base platform for advanced data collection systems. Users have 32 MB of RAM and 16 MB of Flash ROM available. Depending on requirements, data can be stored in the device's non-volatile memory, which allows for complete system backup even if the battery runs completely flat. The terminal is equipped with a CompactFlash (CF) slot for using, for example, flash memory cards, barcode scanners, cameras, modems, and other CF applications, such as GSM modules.
