Becker Z 200 was designed to save time on every trip, starting from the moment the destination is entered on the display. Thanks to the rich preloaded Navteq cartography of 40 European countries and the innovative Sirf Instant Fix II- technology, it is ready to go in just a few seconds, because it immediately locates the position of the satellites and thus reduces route calculation times compared to a less advanced gps. And thanks to Becker WayOut technology, it also makes it possible to avoid traffic jams or slowdowns because it recalculates the route based on Infoblu traffic updates in Italy and abroad, based on Premium TMC services if available.
Design and features
Appearance is not a secondary note: an elegant line, realistic high-resolution graphics, compact dimensions with a thickness of just 2 cm, side moodlights that change color, and an anti-theft system via PIN code entry make Becker Z 200 a truly complete satellite navigator. The device, if connected to the cigarette lighter socket, automatically turns on and off when the car is started.
Main features
The Becker Z 200 is much more than a satellite navigator, it is also a hands-free device thanks to Bluetooth technology, with which it can communicate with cell phones. This way you can leave your phone in your pocket and make or receive calls comfortably, without taking your hands off the wheel, which improves safety. Among the multimedia functions it is equipped with, there is also image viewing and playback of mp3 audio and mp4 video files. To make orientation easier for less experienced users, Becker has introduced on the Z 200 some navigation functions typical of its automotive products, such as Split screen, which places a pictogram with direction indications for turns or lane changes alongside the map display. Added to this is the -lane assistant-, which indicates in good time which lane to choose to follow the correct direction and proves extremely valuable especially in large cities, navigation even under galleries or tunnels, Reality View, that is the realistic display of highway interchanges that facilitates driving maneuvers, and 3D points of interest, all already present and much appreciated in the previous range of products. Route calculation can be carried out by entering the destination address, geographic coordinates, or simply by clicking on one of the displayed points of interest.
