O2 XDA Atom is a Triband smartphone with Microsoft Windows Mobile 5.0 PocketPC operating system and an Intel PXA272 processor at 416 MHz, with advanced functions, capable of offering the latest technologies to make communication easier, from voice functions to data transmission ones. It is equipped with 64 MB of expandable (miniSD) built-in memory for a large storage capacity of applications, e-mail with attachments and files, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g connectivity and EDGE class 10. It also features Pocket Office for viewing Word, Excel, Outlook, Instant Messaging and FM radio. Bluetooth technology allows voice and data (e.g. images and video) to be transferred between two devices equipped with a Bluetooth solution, all without wires. For example, the address book present inside a laptop or a phone can be automatically synchronized with the one contained in the office PC as soon as you return there. It is possible to take photographs, add text, music or speech and create a message to be easily sent as an MMS attachment file.
