Many refer to it as the heir to the glorious and best-selling 3310 and 3330 models, but in reality, as the numeric name 2100 suggests, it is a new entry level series, the 2000 series specifically, aimed at an undemanding audience looking for basic phone functions without wanting to spend too much.

Messaging notes: The messaging section holds the first novelty of this 2100. Besides being able to write SMS, both normal and concatenated, also with the fast T9, and send Picture Messaging, the 2100 has a particular function called Distribution List, which allows sending SMS to a fixed group of users. Up to 6 different groups can be created, each with 10 contacts.
